Fat vs. Skinny

It has been a while since my last blog....lots goin on, so haven't had much time. I like keeping busy, becuz it keeps me from wanting to eat. I think it's week 9 or so since I've started this eatting plan and I have lost a whopping 21.3 pounds.....amazing in such a short time! I feel good, my clothes are loose on me and I just feel lighter! I'm learning how to eat healthy so that I won't be a slave to sickness and disease. Only 60 more pounds to go....haha!

I was talking to my nail girl, Traci, the other night about skinny people and fat people. Don't get me wrong....I love my skinny friends but skinny people do get treated diffrent then fat people. I have actually seen this in action. I have walked into a store and have been ignored and someone skinny walks in behind me and they get greeted with a big smile and hello. I have experienced people's kids saying "Why are you sooo fat"?...it's very hurtful....I blame the parents for not teaching their children better manners and how to love people no matter what size they are. I know people who always talk about weight...it consumes them...I've got better things to talk about than how much I weigh or what other people weigh...honestly who cares! Our biggest concern should be how God sees us....He's known us even before we were born and He loves us no matter what size or shape we are. Next time you see an overweight person shoot them a smile and tell them to have a great day!

17.2 Pound Lossage


You Go Girl!


I think this is Week 6...17.2 lossage....I didn't lose the weight by eatting sausage!


Before I started this program I HATED exercise...lifting the food to my mouth was the ONLY exercise I got. I now look forward to walking at the end of the day. It has helped me relax after a long , stressful day. I feel soooo great and I am back to sleeping thru the night.....some many pluses!


This has probably been one of the easiest diets I have ever been on....I can have most of the foods that I love....even pizza....but in moderation....that's a big deal to me....I have always thought that I have had a big portion of food to get full....not true. I try to stay focused and make sure I get my exercise in. This has to be a life style for me for the rest of my life.
